Shimmering silhouettes,
of broken dreams,
So dark, too dark, no illusions to keep,
Families diverged, hatred spoken,
Forget we not of the promises we've broken.
Pungent scents of racial division,
Deplorable tastes of gluttonous obsessions,
Boding hisses from earth's very core,
Lives dispersed, left naked and sore.
Metaphoric phrases will never describe,
The pain, the grief, earthly treasures won't subside.
Ravenous greed has done all but unite,
This gap between mankind, growing so wide.
God in heaven that I adore,
Cleanse our sins to its very core,
Voracious greed will never bring,
Immaculate love to mend broken wings.

Two of my friends are overnighting at my house, because they probably got bored of their own. *rolls eyes* And they're both hogging my bed, so I have to sleep on the floor. :( So I might as well come online and update with a short post, right?
Haha, nah they're not that evil yet. I can't sleep that early. O_o *curses insomnia/sleeping disorder/mental unstability*
And, oh, they both said that my blog is boring. :'( ("So many words lar. Dowan to read la. You tell me better. -_-") SHEESH! I swear, my friends are all damn mean. *chews Kit-Kat*
Anyway, we're probably going for Buffet Steamboat later, even though I really ought not to, for my belly is protuding, but how can I turn down a steamboat and barbeque session? Huh? You know how delicious is it? (Tummy ... don't get bigger ya?)
Erm. I wish that I'm not the only one who stays up so late. It gets lonely and cold, out here in the living room alone, with shadows surrounding and soft breezes blowing against my hair ... Okok, I'll stop exaggerating.
Wrote that poem for fun. Dedicated to all the depressed people in the world. I love you all. <3
P/S. Should I annoy my friends until they wake up, or should I be an angel and allow them to continue sleeping? Ish. I'm so bored. After saying that my blog was boring and all, they deserve it right? ^_^
